Cif’s audience of mums were concerned about what their children were being exposed to online. Inspired by Cif’s brand purpose, ‘to renew our pride in the beauty of things around us, by removing life’s imperfections’ ‘Cif the Web’ was born. Once downloaded, Cif the Web detected and replaced over 100,000 profanities and kept children away from over 4 million unsuitable websites, all through an easy to use browser interface designed especially for kids.
As head of design i oversaw the whole design and creation process, as well as help drive the UX and functionality of the app as part of the creative team.
